I had my nails done for the very first time at Greenbank Nail Spa. While getting my nails done I found that they staff only communicated to me when they wanted me to give me instructions on what they wanted me to do, which didn't make it a welcoming or comfortable experience. I am not sure if it is just my nails but the nails started coming off within a week. I gave them a second chance a while later and experience the same service and quality of work as my first visit. I haven't been back.
