Can't fault this service, the personal shopper sent us an sms ahead of time as he was going to arrive sooner than expected which was great. We ordered a home branded cheesecake and received upgrade to a more expensive brand which was good.

Love it, fast, big range, and friendly! I have 2 kids and this service is really handy when I expectantly run out of nappies or that ingredient for tonight dinner.

The service does what it says, which is kind of surprising as I for some reason doubted they would delivery my $90 grocery order in the 90 minute time frame. I will use it again for sure

Quick and easy, wouldn't use it all the time but comes in handy when you need something in a hurry or simply can't be bothered leaving the house after a busy day.

Grocery Butler delivered what I ordered in about 45 minutes. That was impressive I must admit. One of the items I selected was the house brand cheese and the lady butler collecting the shopping called me to ask if I wanted the premium brand which was on special and cheaper. They really went the extra mile. I gladly pay for the convenience of this service. The food was fresh and I was able to get a meal cheaper than grabbing takeaway. Was also glad to get some much needed toilet paper! I'm amazed at what you can get online in less than an hour delivered to the office or home. Thanks guys!
