Sam fixed the electricity problems we had in a good professional manner. Not only did he check and fix the particular problem we had. He also fixed relating problems that have potential risks. We know he is right because we are living in an old house in which some past wiring work does cause problems. We are impressed with his service and his attitude to put our safety as priority. His charge is quite reasonable. For the extra work he did he just did it without adding extras beyond what he quoted initially.
