Today I was looking for a plumber/ gas fitter.
I rung a couple of numbers but turned they were only call centres and it was too complicated. Searched google again and called GT Plumbing.
Called and Alex told me it would be around $50 to $80. I asked him to repeat as I thought I miss heard.
He came in. a short time despite the rain and even fixed our gate!

When our gas fired hot water heater finally expired, we called GT Plumbing for help and Alex turned up. He gave us a very good quote to supply and install a new unit. We immediately gave him the job, so impressed were we with the very professional way he went about things. Next day, as arranged, Alex arrived with a new heater and in a very short time we again had hot water! His pipe work was so neat it seemed a pity to put the pipe-cover on. As a bonus, Alex played classical music while he worked. Gotta love that!! Alex will definitely be our go-to plumber from now on.

I have searched for plumbing companies & was quoted over thousands to fix the blocked drainage & to replace the drainage pipe. But when i called Alex. He didn't take long to unblock the drainage from the kitchen and everything is working again. No need to replace any pipes.

Had a blocked kitchen drain and was about to let another plumber rip out our concrete but a friend of mine strongly recommended Alex take a look. Dodged a bullet since the problem wasn't as severe as we were told. Like watching an episode of CSI, Alex quickly cracked the case and even answered all our dumb questions with incredible patience. We had a blocked/collapsed stormwater pipe under the rear laneway of our property. Council didn't want to know and said it was a private connection. So, Alex and his team came along and fixed the problem. We had to open the road (with the appropriate permit in place) and replace the stormwater pipe. To say this was a tough job would be an understatement. There were several issues along the way including a 300mm layer of concrete under the asphalt - this required a specialist road saw but wasn't known about until the job was underway. We then needed an excavator and tip truck to remove tonnes of extra concrete. Anyway, the point is that this job escalated very quickly but Alex took it all in his stride, replaced the pipe, and closed the road again within the day. Can't speak more highly of GT Plumbing - Alex is a true gentleman and absolutely fair, honest and reliable. Thanks Alex - job very well done!
