I love this gym, it has a family feel and offers great classes, good machines and supportive staff. I really appreciate being able to work out at 5.30am in the mornings on weekdays, at it fits right into my daily routine. The value for money is great!
Great gym with friendly staff. The equipment is modern and good quality with plenty of variety/ Great opening hours (they open at 530am weekdays). Lots of classes and great machines.

Great classes on offer, professional and friendly staff. I used a personal trainer who was motivational and helped me to achieve results. Great range and number of equipment and always clean.
