We bought one of the packages for 1000$ which included a cot, pram, car seat, etc and felt it was value for money. We had to stagger the pick up though as not all items were available. The items were packaged well enough to just fit into my car. Broke a part of the pram a few months later and this was fixed for a reasonable amount. I have bought a few small items there too when on sale.
They do have a great variety of stuff and when you request for help, the staff are friendly.
I later bought a safety gate which had a faulty part - chose to return it and the obliged a full refund immediately.
Some of their stuff is overpriced, but you can haggle a bit. Try a price match if you have seen it cheaper elsewhere.
There is plenty of parking around.
I've heard they have shifted recently, but have not been to their new store.

I went into Haggle Baby looking for a bassinet mattress, a safe-t-sleep and an ergopouch sleeping bag. They had none of these things! The store is ok, but not a real wide range of things to choose from. It has more items than the Baby Shop, but much less than a Baby Bunting or Babies R us.

I found they had an ok price on grobags ($50) on special while I was there, everything else seemed fairly pricey.

The good thing about the store is that it's always deserted - I've popped in 3 times now looking for things now and I've never seen anyone in the store. The sales people tend to leave you alone until you ask for help. Parking is easy. Note the store has moved in the last few months to the old Watermans Furniture site on the corner and is part of the Haggle Huge store.

I probably don't consider this store as an option now as they never seem to have what I'm after, which is a pity as I'd like a good store in the west.

I have been to Haggle Baby a couple times over the past 2 or so years, with my most recent visit being in the past week. They have a large range of car seats, prams, strollers, toys, nursery furniture and linen, monitors, etc. I have noticed they have gone a little more upmarket than what I remember, with more of the expensive brands and items and too many of the lower priced items. For example, 2 years ago they had a range of fantastic prams at affordable prices for the average family (approx $150-$200), but now, the average price for a pram was about $450. The staff are very helpful and attentive and do not push sales on you. A pleasant store to visit.

I went to Haggle Baby on the weekend and was so impressed with the wide range of stock and variety they have. Every other baby store i have been to they all have the same stock! THese guys have it right - they have high end, mid range and low end products suitable for every market! and they signed me up immediately for a VIP card where i get 10% off in comparison to others that are only 5%. Even better i bought all my essentials from them and they gave me a package price with even more discount!!!!They beat a price from another store and even organised delivery right then and there for me to save me the hassle. THe girls are all fresh and very helpful and left me alone when i wanted to look around and then helped me incredibly when i needed them the most! Well done Haggle Baby you guys are lovely!!! I went in today and they even remember my name!!!!!

Very disappointing experience, when I had heard many positive reviews. Purchased a cot and change table, only to find that both pieces were damaged and the colours did not match. Baby Haggle made us deconstruct the items and bring them back in. Unwilling to offer any discount to compensate us for the 3 things wrong with the items. When we ordered new furniture and paid the difference in price, the cot arrived and was damaged once again. Baby haggle staff did not phone when promised as items needed to be reordered, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them.

Gave the store a third chance and bought a change pad to fit my change table, only to find out that they had sold me the wrong size when I had specifically asked that they check to make sure it would fit the model I had purchased. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and would not purchase anything from this store again.

A great shop with everything you need.. but even better, the staff are really helpful and informative. My husband and I nervously ventured in at 4 months pregnant with the aim of researching prams, car seats etc. and the sales assistant was so very helpful, talked us through everything and never once pressured us so buy. Needless to say, we went back about a month later, and bought most of our big ticket items there.

I absolutely adore this store. it is within walking distance to my house and has been a haven of great products for myself in the last 8 mths of my pregnancy. even if i didn't buy stuff from them i loved browsing and seeing the bargains i could let my friends and family know about

Easy location to get to, not far from city. parking available. Great specials and prices, We saved 20% on a baby monitor. Staff helpful without being pushy. Knowledgeable about products.

this is a new store that has only just been set up. they seem to have covered all bases and is a great one stop shop. we went there and bought up big at really reasonable prices with greaqt help
