I would NEVER go back!!!! I don't know who cut my hair but she was very cold and unfriendly!!!! If I acted this way at my own work I would be sacked on the spot. Not only that, my cut was uneven, one side was longer then the other!!! I have had to go to another hair dresser to fix it up.

Got recommended to me by some friends and I was hoping to get some help here, since my hair had been badly chopped. Not very understanding staff, just offered me an overpriced appointment.

The girls here were exceptional. We had our hair done before my girlfriend's wedding and they did an amazing job, were really lovely and listened to exactly what we wanted and worked it so the style suited each of us individually. Very much recommend them! Thanks ladies!

Definitely not the cheapest place to get your hair done but you certainly get what you pay for. When I go for a cut, colour and blow dry it can take up to 3 hours but they are happy to take the time. I did prefer the Macarthur Square location as parking in Park Central is a nightmare.

Went once for a males haircut, was happy with the outcome and service, and the prices were good as far as an actual saln goes.

I love this salon! Great prices for a 1st class service. Stylists are all friendly, extremely well trained and super professional. They also send out vouchers and special offers which set them apart from other services I have used.

I always get my hair done at this salon for the last 10 or so years and have never walked out unhappy. All the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. I don't have any hairdresser in particular that I always see as I feel safe with any of the staff. I know they are a little higher priced than most salons but for the service you receive, the quality of the work done by the staff, the quality of the products used, and the beautiful surroundings you are in you can justify the price

I have always been happy with the work I've had done here (with the lovely Chantelle). My only complaints would as others have mentioned, revolve around the price - $270 for a cut and colour is a little excessive. Staff are all very pleasant but if I looked hard I think I could find the same at a more affordable price point. If not for the price they would have a very regular customer in me.

I felt it was quite expensive for what I received. I wasn't unhappy with the final product, I just feel I could have got the same service elsewhere for less.

I have been going to this hairdresser for years. I love Jess she is one of the best hairdressers i have been too and soooo friendly. The prices are a little high but i don't really mind paying for the service i recieve.
