Happy with my Keratin treatment - however not a “salon experience” that I would recommend or go back to. My treatment was $200 and 2 hours and I wasn’t even offered a glass of water...

I had the Keratin treatment with Abbey and I am very happy with my results.
10 out of 10 for Abbey as her customer service is amazing, I highly recommend booking this treatment with her.
The process was a lot quicker than my previous experience at another salon so this will be my point of call for a Keratin treatment with Abbey from now on.
The price is also a winner, $150.

Wonderful experience!
Had a keratin treatment and even though there were a few hiccups at the beginning, it is not about what happens but how far a business is willing to go to fix it and I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. The business has recently been taken over by new management and I cannot speak highly enough of them.
The hairdresser (Abby I think) was fantastic. I felt so confident in her abilities and she did an absolutely fantastic job of my hair. The manager (Peter) was extremely accommodating and communicative and I will definitely be returning. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I often find having my legs waxed rather unbearable, but at Hair Horizon it was virtually pain free.

My sister and I both had Hair straightening treatments done for the first time at Hair Horizon yesterday. We tried the salon because of positive reviews. We were not disappointed. We are both very happy with the service we received from Anne Marie & Maria. Both lovely ladies and reasonably priced.

I had my Keratin treatment done here three times now, and absolutely love it! Would highly recommend this to anyone, have been getting heaps of complements about my hair since I got the treatments done. Annemarie is lovely and provides great consultation on the best treatment for your hair type.

This was my second visit to Hair Horizon after reading these reviews. On my last visit I had a different stylist (She has since moved on) and I was a little underwhelmed. This time however I had Annemarie and couldn't have been happier. I had a full head of foils and had asked for 2/1 ratio however Annemarie gently advised me towards something that worked so much better. my hair is bright and shiny and the best part - no pushy product selling! I'm very happy. do yourself a favour, book today.
