This tiny salon is tucked away in an average kind of shopping centre but it is the best around! they keep prices down due to not having EFTPOS and also offer seniors discounts (my mum loves them!). A shampoo cut and blow dry can be as low as $30 but it rivals those more expensive salons that have more glamourous shops. All of the staff are friendly and always very busy (sometimes booked out!) which I think is a good sign.
