Grace, the senior stylist is really experienced with Asian hair and did a great job - I'll be a regular!

With high professional staff here, I always got first class service. Their skill let me look different. Their friendly service let you come back again and again.
I went for a basic cut and blow dry and brought in a picture of what I wanted as visual reinforcement of what I wanted. The hairdresser nodded and told me she understood however later kept asking me how I wanted it cut while she was cutting my hair. I tried my best to clarify each time in the hopes she would understand. When it came to blowdrying she had no idea and created a look that was completely different to what I asked for and what was shown in the picture. She had to re-style it two times while speaking Korean out aloud in a disgruntled tone before the more experienced female manager took over.
I give the overall quality 3 stars because luckily the manager gave me the blowdry I was after in a efficient manner however she said to me near the end "everyone is waiting for you" as if to pin the blame on me that there were a few customers waiting when clearly I was not being a difficult customer and just wanted a style that even remotely resembled what I had requested. Although I received a decent cut and style in the end - this was at the expense of sitting there for 2 hours for them to get it right and also being made to feel like it was my fault that it had taken double the time due to the hairdresser's lack of experience and poor communication skills. I was charged $60 in the end which seemed pricy for a cut and dry at an asian hair salon however I just paid no questions asked - as I just wanted to get out of there and resume my day.
Please beware of the inexperienced and untrained hairdressers in this place as they can clearly ruin the experience!
Approximate cost: $60
I think the hairdressers are very very competent in their skill. The service was great - the hairdressers were respectful to the clients, and the service was efficient and of good quality. The only problem is that it is quite a busy practice - so waiting time can be more than 1 hour. The cost is normal, only downfall is that it doesn't accept credit cards.
Approximate cost: $30
The hairdresser was very friendly and gave great advice as to how to maintain my hair. Also advised me to come back in 3 months when i insisted on 2 months ... this demonstrates that they are not just trying to earn money. was only there for a trim though and not a full restyling.
Approximate cost: $35
Staff there provide very good service and friendly with cheaper price. I not only get a great cut and colour. I always have a good laugh, the staff are a happy bunch, always ready to have a laugh and a chat.

Not so cheap, but they created great effects. Before I used the service, I observed a few people coming out. I liked them all. Friendly staff, too.
It was a great experience, they look after you very well. the best thing is that every time i have been in there i have had a different person cut my hair.
