I always went here for simple hair cut & trimming. Everything was good up to the day when I decided to have an ombre hair. My hairdresser for the day put me through a nightmare. Sitting in the same spot for 3 hours & my hair looked so horrible at the end. It looks like someone has taken a pencil & drawn a line across my hair. There was no ombre effect. All I can see is my black hair at the top and suddenly from my ear downwards, it's all yellow (and I mean YELLOW). I was so mortified so I asked him to fix it. He tried to explain to me that this is how bleaching goes, it will be this light. I was not complaining about the lightness of my hair but about how contrast between my top & bottom hair. Another 2 hours passed or shall I say endured, he yanked & pulled on my hair like he was on a mission to destroy it. Finally I had enough & paid my fee but I will never come back to this place again. $220 & I was out of the shop with the worst hair ever. I am doing some home treatment at the moment after my 5-hour misery & awaiting an appointment from a respectable hairdresser to fix my hair.

This hair salon has changed from a just cuts to a full service salon and the standards remain very high. The manager Raelene is a friendly and fantastic hairdresser who has been doing my hair for many years but you need to book because she is so busy every time we go there but once you find a good hairdresser you seem to stick with them so I have no hesitation in recommending hair4now.
