Terrible hair salon
Paid $296 for incorrect full head of foil technique.
Chunky striped not blended foils and colour was terrible.
I mentioned it to the stylist and she said because it's wet.
Never mind the hair pulling hot blow dry which followed.
Apparently the stylist 'Did what I asked for', however I did not ask for chunky stripes and parting my hair off centre does not hide the mistake.
I paid $296 for full head of foils, terrible and inexperienced hair treatment and now more to correct the mistake.

I love this place. Great service and lovely people. Would definitely recommend. I got my hair done and was very impressed.

Took my 2yo daughter to have her ears pierced and had a fantastic experience with Lee, who was a real professional in his job (a real piercing artist). Would recommend 100%. Her both eases were done at the same time and she didn't even flinch!

Do not go to Hairhouse Warehouse for cut and colour.

I went here looking for the "ombre" look and I came out with a dirty brown hair colour (after being blonde).
I got my fringe trimmed and it looks awful. I was actually so upset that I went back and explained my issues and they offered to fix it for free - great, or so I thought.
The coloured my hair back to blonde and it was so bleached and un treated it began to snap off. The hairdresser did not care at all.
Never again.

I have been here to get my hair cut and was not extremely impressed, though nor was I unsatisfied. However, as a place to buy your hair products, it is great. I went in to get a product for sensitive skin/fine curly hair and they recommended a couple of products to me. They pointed out one in particular but told me if it didn't work (ie made my scalp itchy or hair greasy like so many shampoo/conditioner combos before) I could bring it back and exchange it. It didn't work (I asked for no sulfates and it turned out that it had a non-SLS/SLES sulfate); it gave me an itchy scalp, and I brought it back.

When I returned the products and told them what happened, they exchanged them without any trouble and recommended a different product that suited my purpose. They even gave me a discount since it costed more than what I bought initially.

Even though they made a mistake (ie giving me a sulfate shampoo), I really appreciate a business that can admit when they have made a mistake and make up for it this way instead of leaving you to suffer like so many do.

I buy my hair products here regularly plus I have bought a GHD hair straightener here in the past. The service is always friendly and efficient and they have helpfully suggested alternativeproducts which have also been good if they are out of stock of my favorite products. An excellent range of hair products, recommended.

This store has everything you need from hair products to piercings and different types of products they offer services such as hair cuts and beauty services which is convenient they have a huge range of different products which is good to choose from the services they offer is great

I was looking around for places to get my little ones ears pierced, so it was great to come here to get it done. They did it in no time without causing much pain to my precious girl..will def recommend to others too

Sarah styles my hair here and I am always happy with the cut and the service. All of the staff in here are really helpful if you are looking to purchase something from the store.
