shop was empty most of the afternoon, so I went in for a cut without an appointment. The one lady cutting a mans hair ignored me so I waited and waited. 2 women came from out the back and I asked if I could have a trim. Umming and mummbling to each other , one said really quietly, whilst looking intently at the computer screen, still in front of me, "Do you want to do it?" still looking, looking at the screen she said. "I have someone coming in in about 10 minutes. can you come back at..." Honestly I was glad they said no room. b/c their appearance was not very well groomed one. One desperately needed to brush her own hair. They need to have a look at how the girls down at Springvale operate their saloons. You get done no matter what! so 3 hairdressers. one nearly finished and two debating whether they had enough time to "fit me in". and an empty salon.

i will never be coming back to this hair dresses again, i could here at 9am in the morning and they said they could fit my in. i told the lady that i wanted layers in my hair thats what i always got. when she was cuting my hair i wasnt watching i was texting on my phone, but after she had finish she cut my hair straight and cut out all the layers i already had in my hair. and then she wants me to pay 40 something dollars :S i had no choice but it happy. pervious times i went here they were great but not my last. everytime i have come here someone different has cut my hair i think it was just a big misunderstanding

My daughter and I recently got our hair cut here again and we highly recommend you ask for Sonya. She has done a fantastic job with both of us. All of the girls are just so friendly.

The girls are all lovely. My daughter and I get our hair cut there. They do exactly what i ask them to do. Never had any problems.

They are pretty good, i get my hair cut here most of the times. Only reason I wouldnt hire them is that this one time some amateur cut my hair and completely stuffed it up. Other than that good prices and good services

staff relatively friendly, alittle intimidating. products have a huge variety a little expensive. quality hairdressers, feel like a new lady after having hair done there

Massaging wash, great cut and style, good colour and nice people!!! Fantastic price compared to others I have used, will be back again soon and try something new - I'm not normally game, but I have total trust!!!

Had a good experience. My current hairdresser closed down so I walked into Hair Warehouse. It was quick, friendly service, good cut and style for just $12 - unbeatable. The hairdresser Annette chatted to me as if she had known me for ages. Couldn't believe the price and everyone complimented me on my hairstyle.
