Booked an appointment four weeks ago. Received a confirmation email only to turn up and be told there is no appointment. They had been trying to call and email to no avail.
Apparently the contact details are correct for the automated correspondence but not the lying little toad who claimed they were incorrect.
So after trying multiple times to change it they decided to just delete it - total f#ck!ng pricks.
Fortunately Salon7 had a cancellation and were able to fit me in quickly and did a great job and were cheaper to boot.
Would I go back to Hairhouse? Not if they paid me a million dollars - I will be going back to Salon7 who not only do a great job but also have great customer service.

I love the staff down at hairhouse! Only place where I buy my shampoo, as well as where I get my hair, and piercings done.

OMG!! They are awesome - they stock DARE and I'm so over the moon - they are always smiling and lovely and happy - a really brillo bunch of dedicated hair experts :)

I always pop in to Hairhouse Warehouse, I usually don't buy much as they are quite expensive. They do stock all the high end products.
Staff are friendly and helpful. A little under-trained in some areas, explaining/recommending etc
Overall a good little establishment!

They stock all of the high-end hair care products that I absolutely love! The only suggestion is to train the staff a little better in all of the products so they don't need to read the labels!
Prices are fair, regular RRPon everything.

The team provide great friendly service you can rely on. A great range of products to choose from in store too.

I just use their service once for my quest to find the best hairdresser for me! They're in general great as a customer to them. Very welcoming and warmth. Will try them again sometime. I'm not sure if they still give 10% beat the price you see anywhere out there.
