I made an appointment and showed up 5 minutes before and let them know I was there. It took them 45 minutes to notice I was there and I saw 1 hairdresser walking around taking McDonalds orders and not serving me. When they finally did notice me the cut was good and the value for mone was good. Service was appauling.
