we have used this hairdresser several times and they are always very couteous and listen to what the customer wants. It is sometimes hard to get in if you dont book ahead. Very good.

Amazing atmosphere, gorgeous design and staff were very friendly, i also found they explained to me all types of options to suit my price range. Felt well looked after and comfortable due to privacy.

Over the years I went to Hakuna Matatas I was sometimes happy and other times not. I think it really depends on the hairdresser you get. I loved one of their staff members because she did the best blow dry I have ever had and she was consistently good

I recently moved to the area and finding a good hairdresser is always a chore. I struck lucky with Hakuna Matatas though because from the second I walked in I felt welcome and relaxed. I was given honest and useful advice on my colour and cut and I've received lots of compliments since my visit. I couldn't ask for more, they were wonderful!

Friendly staff, modern new design, young ideas, treated with respect and understanding. The owner is young and encouraging to all her staff. Always get offered tea, coffee or a cold drink. Suggests new ideas for hair, keeps info on style and remembers each customer personally.
