Thanks to the wonderful Steph, who is such a knowledgeable, skilled, and down to earth skin specialist. I have folllowed her to Hands On from her last salon, because someone who can wax as fast (and less painfully) as Steph is hard to let go of! Steph is totally honest and will not sell you anything she doesn’t back 100%, knowing this I followed her advice and bought most of the range of 0-Cosmedics range that is sold in store, which I don’t regret, as they are great, high quality products. Steph takes one look at your skin and can tell you exactly what you need, and she is just so passionate about what she does. Best of all, there is nothing plastic or artificial about her, which can be very hard to find in the beauty industry. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease whilst really taking pride in what she does. Recommend Hands On and no doubt all the staff for the service they provide. Thankyou ladies:)

For years I travel a round trip of 3 hours to go here and LOVE IT! I highly recommend Stephanie for laser hair removal! As a long time sufferer of rosacea i thought i would forever have a face full of broken capillaries and redness. After 3 treatments of IPL I have seen a remarkable improvement. I came into hands on laser and beauty as an acne sufferer and almost in tears. I'm 28years old and have suffered with acne for a long time and it's just awful. I'd exhausted almost every option including roaccutane and spend so much money on treatments for my skin than only made it worse. When i came to see sue and the ladies here I was instantly reassured that they could help me and they listened to all the problems I'd had and were so sympathetic. I feel so comfortable. I had IPL on my face and only 2 treatments before my acne started to clear and my skin started to go back to how it used to be! Sue got me onto using a great product with an awesome cleansing routine which has cleared my skin now. There are no words to describe how grateful I am and how much I recommend this place. If you're unsure go and talk to these ladies, they know their stuff and are extremely professional. The price was also really reasonable and affordable. Give them a call!!!

Spending most of my time exposed to the environment Ihave found Skinstitut, Multi-Active OIl in conjunction with a good quality moisturiser with regular other treatments such as laser and microdermabrasion has my skin looking its best ever. Love the place and the staff all so friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love this place. I'm very fussy especially with my eyebrows and will not go anywhere else. I love the work the ladies do and most of all the amazing customer satisfaction. This is the only beauty salon I will go to... can not get better results elsewhere.
