I had a hot water service replaced. Although replaced, i was left with a ducted vent being knocked out below the house, pipes leaking and the washing machine not working. After many attempts to get them to come back, the duct was never fixed. It alos took almost a month to get a certificate of compliance which is required within 5 business days of the work being carried out.
