Happy Tint owner, Rick, visited my home to assess some issues with the tint. The tint had clear bubbles and was peeling, but Rick insisted it was due to "dirty" windows, despite clear evidence to the contrary.
What made matters worse was that he refused to engage in a constructive conversation about which windows needed replacement. Instead, he began bullying me & yelling at me in my own home before storming out.
The so-called "lifetime" warranty they advertise is nothing more than BS!.

Had my Wagon tinted just before the lock-down. Some windows had bubbles and the general quality of the work was poor, put in a claim after the lock-down sending in the claim form. They dragged their feet so I gave them a bad review. It is now some 6 months down the track, they sent me an email a few weeks ago asking for a claim form to be sent. I replied I sent it and you acknowledged you received it so why are you asking again, needless to say I have not heard back from them again. Stay clear of Happy Tint and go to Tint-a-Car, they charge a little bit more but they are top quality and resolve issues straight away unlike this dog company.

Read the other recent revies and take notice! I wish I did! I had my car tinted with happy tint and its the worst experience I have gone through with a company. There is bubbling, dirt stuck under the tint and generally it is very inferior. I complained three times now to Happy Tint and they say someone will call me back to fix this and no one has contacted me. I now have to get this fixed by another company which is more expense to me - but Happy Tint will not even respond to my calls. Very poor product and customer service. I have reported them to ACCC.

NO NO NO Stay Away
Nothing new here with Bad Feedback, defective Tint Job and cat & Mouse Excuses, ACCC very interested in this Company. Poor Quality makes my car look like crap and makes me sick looking at the crap job.

Booked 3 weeks in advance for paint protection. Arrived one time nobody (for paint protection) was there. Left my car and 30 mins later happy tint called me to say car will not for ready by 1200 as promised rather it will be 1600. Agreed to that, then received a call at 1300 to tell me that my car had bugs and scratches so the car needed a full paint repair prior to protection...Rubbish! 2016 Toyota Sahara owned and garaged since new, immaculate. Didn’t care about cost ($130K car). Collected my car now booked into a professional organisation for ceramic pro protection. Do not deal with happy tint...very unprofessional time wasters.

Very unprofessional service. Both the owner and employee forgot our booking and pushed us back an hour and a half. We were then overcharged for only 3 windows that hadn’t even been properly cleaned once tinted. The only benifit to this place is it’s open weekends and for the service and outcome that is not enough!

Very quick and professional workmanship.
Cleaned up after themselves and put everything back to normal. Would recommend Happy tint to anyone!

From start to finish very easy company to deal with and more important turn up on time - will use this company again.

Very happy with the quality and speed of service. Whilst quoting, Ric helped us better understand why some windows in our home did not need tinting at all, and which types of tint were more suitable for different areas. Thanks to a lucky scheduling break, the job was completed only 2 days after Ric quoted. Martin and Adrian took great care in installation.
