Last colour and cut 3 weeks ago. Hair already showing signs of brassiness. Layered cut a bit stringy on the ends. Going there off and on since the Nepean Hwy shop. Time for a change. Quite expensive this time for a fairly ordinary result.

I have been going to this hairdresser for over 20 years. Never had a bad cut. If I am not happy with a colour they address it immediately. Excellent Hairdressers with a focus on customer satisfaction.

My first visit to this salon was fantastic. My hairdresser Angie listened to what I liked and didn't like and made some great suggestions. I was treated to coffee and biscuits, didn't have to wait long periods of time - and the head massage was to die for! Angie did a brilliant job - I walked out of there feeling fantastic and will be a regular customer from now on.

I have getting my hair done at Hartfords for 6 years now, i mainly go to the Frankston salon, but have also been to the Mornington one. Gary cuts my hair, and he always listens to what i want, and he usually gives me feedback on what he thinks it should look like. The girls do the color and it turns out great( got the new dip dye thing) Never been disappointed! Also love the products, especially the Moroccan oil.

What an experience (this was my 2nd visit to this salon in Mornington) - great haircut by Gary, he listened to what I wanted, also made some suggestions of his own & did a great job. If you have fine/dead straight hair then he's your man. He matched my colour from a previous hairdresser & to my amazement it didn't come out white/silver this time - I'm rapt about that! Very professionally run business that keeps up to date with all the newest styles & techniques, excellent service & very friendly staff. My daughter got me onto Hartfords in Mornington as her hair always looks great - she's another fine/dead straight hair. Great coffee & you even get biscuits to munch on.

I have been using Hartfords for years. The staff are always friendly and the quality of the cuts I receive always leaves me feeling good. Priced a little more than others but I have no complaints

I have very strong curly hair which I have had permanently straightened quite often. It was recommended that I go to Hartfords by my lovely usual hairdresser who does not do chemical straighten. I am so very happy. I was off to tropical QLD for holidays in the middle of the humid weather just before Christmas. Thank you Claire (who was finishing on that day to have her bub) I have never been this happy with my hair before. Considering I was a first timer to the salon, she made me feel like a regular. My hair is amazing, I never had a problem with frizz despite humid, tropical weather. I will be back, hope Claire comes back soon, for my next straightening session.

I have visited twice first visit I was very pleased,second was a disappointment,my stylist seemed to have other things on his mind,I was satisfied with the colour but one side of my hair appears to be longer than the other, resulting in one side flicking out.

I love going to this hairdressers, they give such a great head massage when they wash your hair. The tea/coffee and biscuits go down really well too, and all of the staff are so friendly and love to chat.

I went in with very long hair, wanting a short change for summer. They were a bit hesitant in cutting off all my hair as the thought I didn't understand what I was getting myself into. However after a bit of persuasion I got a hair cut that I am extremely happy with, the service was lovely and friendly and as a student the value for money means I'll definitely go there again.

The staff are friendly, and always do a great job making me look and feel fantastic. They always offer me coffee while I am waiting for the colour touchups. Nice head massages while I get my hair washed too.

Have been going here for years and was quite happy, but i always wanted the same haircut. Went in recently for a different style, described what i wanted etc but still ended up with the same haircut that i had had previously. The haircut was fine, but not what i wanted or asked for. I also don't like it that they seem to cut more than one person's hair at a time, so i am often left just sitting there while they are dealing with another client. FOr me a haircut is a treat, and i'd like to feel like i'm important enough for them to dedicate the time that it would take to do my hair all in one lot, rahter than in a few minutes between other clients. I ended up going elsewhere a week later for the style that i actually wanted, and that is a shame because they can cut well, just needed to listen to me!

I've been going there for decades, since the business first began. It has grown and evolved with the times. The staff are always professional and courteous, friendly and helpful with hair problems and advice. Now my grown daughters go there too.

Firstly, I'm a bloke! But I still like a good haircut. This is a busy salon in Frankston that I've been going to for many years. Very friendly and professional staff. Typically a good head rub/wash followed by a stylish cut (with a coffee and bickie as well). My wife is typically happy!
