Was looking for a decent blender & found one on special at a competitors store. Went into H N to see what they had & the staff were great, I found the same blender & they matched the price which was more convenient / local & I got an excellent blender that was within my budget. Good service makes you want to support your local retailer where as I had also stopped in at the Good Guys on the way & the result was pretty much the opposite to that of Harvey Norman. Needless to say Harvey Norman gets my vote the next time I am looking for something.

This is a good shop, but sometimes the service is very slow. Particularly in the furniture section. The electronics are up to date and you can usually find things on special, which makes it more interesting. Other items, however, can be a bit on the expensive side. Still. It's all choice.

i have been in here a number of times, they have a fantastic range of all kinds of products and most of the staff know what they are talking about. but i find there prices really steep to be honest. but i have to say i ordered some photos online and they were delivered to the albury store in two days, which i thought was fantastic, really fast. so cant complain there.

The service is 10 out of 10 and everything is of the best quality. The only downfall of this store is their prices tend to be higher than most stores. I still tend to by items there even though i may have to pay a bit extra they do deal like 24 months intrest free where other stores dont do those kind of deals
