I like this store. Huge products!! Friendly service. Sometimes prices are negotiable but it depends on the product and the salesperson .

I love this megastore! Its got everything you need all in the one place- bedding, furniture, electronics, white-goods and its own photo centre. We often head down for their 10c prints but depending on how many photos you print, and others in line, you sometimes have to go back the next day for collection. The staff are VERY knowledgeable and its evident that they have undergone extensive training so that customers get only the best service (and price) Many times I've been given a really good price as I've bought a whole range of products in the same purchase. I can say that my vacuum cleaner, kettle, iron, tv, internet security, laptop and fans have all been purchased from Harvey Norman Auburn and I've never had a problem. I'd recommend these guys to anyone, anyday. They truly are the definition of customer service

Very helpful with assisting in downloading photos. Also Computer guys were great when replacing broken piece of hardware. Always have a good experience when shopping here.

Quality of all the product of Harvey Norman is the best which i found from my shopping. Now a days they have great deal in photo print as well which i love most. We tried it so many times before and the quality of picture is really good.

there are some great staff who are desperate to help the customers and i applaud for that. the price is reasonable also

Friendly and fast customer service. Staff know what they're talking about. Lots of bargains and regular sales. They also give good discounts.

There is no half star things for rating b'coz they fall below that...rude manager & there customer staff in auburn...we bought the lounges and during the delivery time they started asking for more money i meanr 350 bucks saying that it doesn't fits into our lift and when i tried to complain saying that i will take the matter to consumer affairs they cancel my order saying that i'm threatening them..

My favourite of all Harvey Norman's. Really good service always friendly give good discounts. Recently bought vacuum from there and the Manager was really friendly and helpful helped me pick out a vacuum I needed. Great service and good prices. Lots of undercover parking.
