Went into Harvey Norman bunbury to buy a new laptop, camera and stereo.. Almost one of my worst shopping experiences ever. I said to the sales assistant what I wanted but they kept trying to sell me older models, I did my research on what I wanted before I went in. I wanted a 16 megapixel camera and he tried selling me a 10 megapixel camera for almost double the price and it was massive, I said I wanted something small to put in my pocket when I'm out, but no he just kept going on and on about this is a good camera and its the last one etc... Eventually I got what I wanted after about 30 mins of pointless info. Then the laptop I had no trouble with, I guess coz I was dealing with a guy from another department, but the stereo I wanted they didn't have in stock and I said can they order it, they said yes but why not look at these other ones they said.. Which were a good $500-1000 more than I wanted to spend so I kept saying NO but once again they kept on and on about buying a different one.. Finally I ordered the one I wanted and then they went on about extended warranty etc and I said no its fine, and AGAIN he kept insisting and at this point I was feeling uncomfortable and got the extended warranty to shut the guy up... Anyone shopping here be careful not to be talked into something you don't want..

Just purchased a dryer from Harvey Norman Bunbury. They were very helpful is going through all the different dryers with me and once I had decided which one I wanted I managed to get them to knock $100 off the price. Was very impressed with the salesmans knowledge and we were served within minutes of entering the store. Highly recommend shopping here.

Have purchased a Living room suite, had to take it back due to poor quality; however they did deal with my problem very well, firstly tried to exchange same problem, and then gave me my money back no questions ask. Have had other items and had no issue. Have also used the electrical department normally find that they are about the best on price be you have to ask for the best price, its as easy as that.

The staff at this particular store are very happy to help in all the areas. I have used this business for alot of my furniture and electrical needs. What i like most about this business is when they have interest free periods that really helps alot of people especially when its 60 months interest free no deposit.
