If you want good old fashion 6 star, yes 6 star service when buying a TV the person to talk to is the Manager Dathan! He went to extraordinary lengths to ensure delivery of our TV ,and gaming desk from the furniture department ,on the same day and ahead of schedule.
Christmas has come early!

The service was INCREDIBLE! We were not in the shop for two minutes before someone offered to help us. They gave us a really good price on the lounge that we bought without any hassle. Great place to go... and they were good with the kids too!

pretty bloody good, look after very well from the time I walked in to the time I left. Asking whether I needed help, the type of thing I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay, they even went as far as seeing what the lowesrt price someone had paid for this printer I was after and let me pay the same, it was way under the price listed.

everything there what you need i always go there and always got discount for anything because everyone know me like i am a reseller ... still go there anyway. A++

the staff were helpful and showed me where the product was. were able to answer my questions but harvey norman were rather expensive which is what I didnt really enjoy

Just bought a new oven, gave me great advice and service. Best of all got a great price. The range is always great and will price match or beat it.
