Went in one Sat afternoon as my wife wants to look for a new TV. Was attended to by Shane, a sales rep. Shane was very helpful and patient whilst we bombarded him with a lot of questions. We narrowed down our choice to a Samsung 55" Smart TV but we wanted to compare pricing so we did not put in our order. Back home, we did some price comparison and found that the offer by Shane was quite a good deal. We decided that we will go in the next Sat to buy it. On that Sat morning, I saw on the internet that Harvery Norman is having a EOFY sale and note that the price of the Samsung TV was now advertise lower than what we were offered. We went in and saw Shane again and he told us that the price had gone down and even if we had bought the TV last week, he would have honored and refund the difference. We were very happy and we finally put in our purchase and bought the TV at the EOFY offer price. We were told that we can collect the TV there and then at the warehouse situated at the back of the showroom. We took delivery of it immediately and my whole family is now enjoying the 55" TV especially with the telecast of the World Cup series that is going on now.

I would just like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to Michelle from Customer Service, Beddings Department at Gepps Cross Branch. The service I received during my dealings with Michelle was most satisfactory. There was a minor hiccup with the mirror drawer of our tall boy but I was kept well informed of progress at each step. You have a great team and from personal experience the only time people hear from their customers is when it is negative. My experience in the Beddings Department at Gepps Cross was great and I believe your staff need to be congratulated.

Needed a new computer. Was given some information but the best was the after ordering online, Harvey Norman rang me and offered me a discount on more RAM and warranty. The guy I spoke to was full of information and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I now have a great new computer at a discounted rate with extras to keep me happy for the new few years.

Purchased a tv cabinet from Harvey Norman, and got a very good discount on the item at time of sale. When I got it home and was putting it together, I noticed a chip in the edge of the draw in the front. I rang them abount it, and they happily exchanged the faulty part. They even offered me an extra discount on my next item for the inconvieience.

After being 'snubbed' by Air conditioner Warehouse and a couple of bad experiences from Radio Rentals we would not shop any where else than Harvey Normans, Gepps Cross for electrical goods. Huge range, good diversity of products, reasonable prices and friendly service. We have recently purchased an air conditioner, television and computer desk plus a few other bits and pieces and each tine the staff has been very helpful, friendly and obliging.

After purchasing a new vacuum I had problems with it after it stopped working correctly. I had to send it to a nominated contractor for warranty repair. That company total messed me around and kept me waiting a month without any communication. When I rang Harvey Norman to complain they were fantastic and immediately arranged for a new vacuum even though that was not their usual policy. Many thanks to the staff there after we have purchased several items in the last year from them and have had excellent experiences on every occasion.

One of the larger stores that offers a different range of goods. We have found that the service here can vary a lot depending who serves you. We have had a few rude encounters and don't think we would go there again based on these experiences.

Great store. Very friendly and helpful staff and a massive range of......EVERYTHING!!! Went in to see if they could match a price I got from radio rentals, and they beat it by $20! Took a moment to get served, but only because it's such a big store, and they were pretty flat out.

When purchaseing a printer I talked about the price and said how much I could get it else where they were willing to be competative and actually beat the price
I was impressed with the follow thru but I find the service varies a lot depeneding on who you get and how busy they are
