Doctors and nurses here are fantastic. Reception are always ftiendly and smiling. I've seen a few different doctors at HFMC and I'm happy with all of them. :)

I changed to Hastings Family Medical Centre after I was unhappy with my previous Doctor.
The Doctors at HFMC are so compassionate and their thorough medical expertise to second to none.
The Nurses are terrific as are the reception staff.

I could not be happier. Dr Dipak was thorough and listened to what I said before explaining a course of action. He even called me up a few days later to check if my pain levels had dropped.

I had drop in to say Hello & to let them know I was so glad there is a new bulk bill medical centre open so close to home.
I had mention I had a very bad bruised on my leg, would a be able to look at? No problem, the lady doctor (forgot her name) was so lovely & helpful.
Even the receptionist girls were lovely & I was offered a Freddo Chocolate, they made take 2 more afterwards, oh it's so nice to be spoilt. Definitely will be going back when the time arises - I know my daughter did one night at 9.30pm & thank you for being there when we needed instead of going to Frankston!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Doctor listened to me before advising a course of action for my sons treatment.
Definately recommend this Medical Centre!
