When I asked lots of questions he was really helpful, he clearly explain what I get for my money. The support team in particular Narelle were awesome with helping me sort my email record issue with the company hosting my domain. Connie and Rebekah from design were awesome and helpful followed up and implemented any changes. Only thing I don’t like is it goes live without a demo. I found backend quick and easy to update
