5 stars for Quality, Service, Value and reliability! Dean is a lovely guy and has done numerous inside blinds/venetians and an outdoor folding arm awning and some shade cloth blinds. He is very good at what he does, friendly, trustworthy, always on time and we have been very happy. We have used Dean on numerous occasions and we will again!

Dean has just fitted out my entire downstairs with double roller blinds. From start to finish the service was great - both from input with colours to follow through on care. Dean came and quoted us to replace some old blinds with new plantation shutters. Out of all of the installers that we contacted he was the most thorough in doing his measuring and also made several good suggestions as to the way we should lay out the shutters that we wanted. We decided to go with him and approx 6 weeks later the shutters arrived earlier than planned and Dean promptly came out to install them. He spent the whole day installing them and did a great job and we are very happy with the end result. The shutters are also a quality product and we would recommend Dean to anyone looking for anything similar.

I am so glad that I had read the reviews on 'Word of Mouth' as this is where I found Dean. Dean is such a kind, honest, and professional person. Dean always arrived on time, he provided great advice for my blinds, he even picked out the perfect fabric and colour for me. I still went through every brochure of samples and ended up deciding on the fabric and colour he suggested. The installation of the blinds and required chains were perfect. Very professional end to end service. Dean is fantastic and not money motivated. He'll provide his honest opinion and reduce his profit if a simpler solution will provide the functional and visual goals. He took the time to walk me through samples and has a great range of fabrics and blinds, he also happily changed my order to substitute sheer curtains with the cheaper shear blind. I was so impressed with how great his dual blinds fit to my Victorian windows, I knew these were better for my home. I had loads of quotes and Dean was the most professional, gave valuable advice, prompt with calls and email, he exceeded my expectations. He even commented on future wall colors after I had made a decision just to be sure I'd be 100% happy with my choice once the walls were painted, others would have moved on. He also kept an installation date when he was struck with a back injury coming to supervise the work by a trusted installer.

Dean did a measure and quote for a large bedroom window in my apparent. He arrived on time prepared with lots of different fabric samples that made my decision easy. He has excellent product knowledge and gave good advice on the best way to install a double track system and curtains into an existing pelmet. He provided a detailed itemised quote that was good value. The installation process was prompt and efficient, I could not be happier with the service and the finished product that looks stunning!

Looking to have external blinds installed in brunswick area or anywhere I can highly recommend Haven Window Furnishings and Dean to provide professional service and a great product.
Before I contacted Dean I had been stuffed about by a local blinds shop (send an email and then went into their shop to see if I could get a quote but nothing happen).
Dean was able to come out measure up 8 windows at a covenant time, provided a quote within the week, and have the blinds install within three week just before Christmas. Dean provided a very pleasant experience and it is very easy for me to recommend him.
