The unit installed is not what was discussed - I’d asked for a quiet system because I work from home. The unit installed is so noisy you can feel it in the floor and walls and across half the house.

The quote was very vague and Marty was not keen to give details. When I eventually got a model number out of him, it turned out that his quote was $900 for what in the worst case is $500 worth of kit (a $300 fan plus some tubing and 3 vents) plus $400 for installation. He did less than four hours work.
There was also an unspecified $110 for materials and consumables.
Basically, I got charged $1500 for $500 of equipment, and that wasn’t what was discussed.
I’ve asked several times for a breakdown of the costs, but Marty would never give me any more detail than the original quote.
He did however call me a bully for asking for this detail and spouted paranoid fantasies about the government.
I found Marty quite charismatic, but since then have found that either he thinks I’m an idiot and only took advantage of me, or charges a ridiculous mark up on all his jobs.
Don’t be fooled by his smooth presentation, in my opinion he is not worth the obscene mark up, or the insults when he fails to deliver on what was agreed to.
Look around for someone calm, credible and trustworthy, and who will be transparent about prices. In my opinion, that is not Marty from mould tas or healthy homes tas.

Marty was very informative as to how the mattress cleaning works. I asked a lot of questions regarding regular cleaning for our rental unit. Marty was quick to visit and sort out the mattress for us so we can rent out the unit. Good value and great service!

Great service. I had 3 queen size mattresses sanitised. Gabby demonstrated the sample of what came out of the mattresses and gave me an explanation about dust mites living in the mattress and spoke to me about mattress protection in the future.

This experience was very professional. I did not have to wait for long for an appointment and I was very happy with the service. Gabby showed me a sample of cleaning the mattress and explained how much dust, dust mites and skin cells would be removed from the mattress. The price was also better than the competition!

We have bought new mattress from Harvey Norman Hobart but after a couple of weeks we realised it doesn't suit to our needs. Called Martin to provide warranty cleaning and sanitising service to be able to exchange this mattress.
Martin changed his schedule to accomodate us. He provides very good and friendly customer service.

Fantastic. The process of the mattress cleaning was clearly explained. Very thorough I was amazed with the amount of dust & etc. found in our mattress and now feel like I will be sleeping clearly. I will definitely get this done regularly.

Outstanding! Having arrived home late in the evening the day prior I was simply able email and arrange an appointment. Due to an accident with our cat we needed someone to attend urgently.
Our needs were all met. Our mattress looks and smells great again. It was amazing to also see the dust mites mess. Its not something we had thought of before so we will be doing it regularly.

I called Martin because I had bought a secondhand mattress and wanted it cleaned before we will sleep on it.

First, a dampness monitoring. Efficient conducted, & very direct explanations, & honest feedback. Martin at my request, returned to assess & clean our mattresses. He was thoughtful and courteous, & did an extremely thorough job. We couldn't be more delighted.
