I had Heatcool masters come out and check a drain pump issue. I was told from head office and the service technician that there was a one off charge of $320 + parts. In half an hour the problem was diagnosed as a faulty drain pump and l was also recommended to replace the filters. I then received a quote for $1570.00 on top of the $320 already paid. Finding the quote a bit excessive l removed the drain pump, disassembled, cleaned, re-fit and replaced filters for $400. Now everything works as should. I saved over $1100.00 and spent 3 hours doing the job myself.

HeatCool were great when they did the initial problem diagnosis on our Rinnai 1005FDT heater in Feb. I have been trying for over a month to get them to return to repair the unit but after several attempts to book a repair through the website and promises the technician will call me to arrange a repair time, I have never received a call and I have now gone elsewhere. HeatCool have good reviews but disappointed me.

I randomly chose this company online, to service my leaking gas ducted heater! Received a call from Fiona (customer service) at 9:05am Monday. All trades involved were on time, extremely courteous and cleaned up thoroughly on completion of the various jobs. I am so impressed with the attitude of this company and their very impressive customer service. They are now my 'go to' company for any issues I might have around heating, cooling and gas hot water. I highly recommend HeatCool.

I contacted Heat Cool explaining that the fan in my heater is no longer working. They came to my house, charged me $200 to do so, and then told me that it could not be fixed, and gave me a quote for $7,000 for a new heater.
I contacted another company, who came and repaired my heater.
I asked for my $200 back (which is an exorbitant call out fee anyway). I was told that they would refund the $200 if I provided an invoice for the repair from the other company. I did this. Do you think I got a refund? No, just excuses. I was then told that they are not electricians and refrain from doing electrical work! Why did you come to my house and charge $200 to start with, when you knew the problem was the fan!
They also told me that they only use genuine parts, and they were not available for the heater. Why tell me this after you have been and charged me $200? You knew the model number of the heater, and you knew the issue.
Very poor service.

Very prompt service, extremely polite and knowledgeable tradesman. Second time we have used HeatCool for our gas log fire and will continue to do so. Very helpful staff at initial contact point. Highly recommended

We have used HeatCool to maintain and repair our Air-conditioners (Uni-Aire, Fuj, Daikin) for many years (An ongoing requirement when you build with Simmons Homes). They are always very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. Plus, they show up on time, well, within their 4 hour service window. I recently had 2x Solar Roof Ventilators installed on a 2 story property, the reduction in ambient heat is immediately noticeable and I would recommend them and HeatCool highly to complement any Air-Conditioning system.

We had HeatCool Service our Breezair Cooler that we had failed to have serviced for seven years. The technician that came was very polite and efficient. He replaced the necessary parts and cleaned the filters and just simply did a tremendous job in a timely manner. We will now make sure we do a regular service every two years as recommended and we will definitely be using the services of HeatCool. Although the service person was professional and performed the work required I found the customer service team less than helpful. They made no effort to assist with the schedule to meet my time constrains, nor did they pass any of the details I left with them regarding the system that needs servicing.

I have used this company for both air con & heater servicing and repair. Friendly and knowledgable, turned up on time. Kept me informed of both work required and cost along the way. Would definitely recommmend!

Everyone we dealt with at HEATCOOL for the installation of a new A/C was very pleasant,knowledgeable and efficient particularly Jake and Dom who never seemed to stop working.

I wanted to say thanks to the team at HEATCOOL for such a great job. Everyone seemed to go above and beyond on the project and we are really happy with the result and are just waiting for the heatwave to arrive.
