I have been training with Jen for around 14 years and it goes without saying that I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jen has years of experience, knowledge and expertise in all forms of training; she individualises programmes to suit clients’ needs. She includes functional movement, strength training, weight training and is an expert on kettlebell training.

Training sessions highly recommended

I have been doing these sessions for 3 years and highly recommend them. Jen individualises the training to your specific needs. My mobility and strength have greatly incteased as well as my overall fitness. Weight loss was also and added benefit.

I've been with training with Jen for over 18 months. She is professional and very knowledgeable, her experience has improved my mobility and fitness which has help me in my other sport activities. She has also assisted with recovery form injuries that occurred in my other sport activities.
