I have been training with Jen for around 14 years and it goes without saying that I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jen has years of experience, knowledge and expertise in all forms of training; she individualises programmes to suit clients’ needs. She includes functional movement, strength training, weight training and is an expert on kettlebell training.
I have been doing these sessions for 3 years and highly recommend them. Jen individualises the training to your specific needs. My mobility and strength have greatly incteased as well as my overall fitness. Weight loss was also and added benefit.
