If you are looking for a soothing, relaxing rub-down, this is not your place. If you are looking for a toxin releasing, body stretching, life-changing experience then look no further. Don't be fooled by their look, these girls have strength and power :) Everyone here is so welcoming and accommodating. It really is a must do if you're in the area- or even if you're not, it's worth the trip! Highly recommended

I love this place and have been a few times. The staff are very friendly and the place has a relaxing atmosphere. It's small so recommend to book in advance, especially if you want to go with a friend but they do a great 10 min back and neck massage for $10 which is a great little 'fix' if you don't have time for a full treatment.

I had walked passed Helper Ultimate Thai massage a few times so one day decided to pop in. Place looked very authentic do decided to get a 40 min Thai massage on my lunch break. The massage was the best I have gotten in Sydney. Pressure was just right and masseur was able to tell exactly where my trouble spots were. Would definitely recommend. Well priced too.

This place is a true gem. I have tried various massage places in Sydney but this is the one I keep coming back to. The staff are so friendly and tailor your massage to your individual needs - they get rid of all the tension and you walk out floating you're so relaxed!
