I can't speak highly enough about Trent's work on the 1.7.23.
He was brilliant, from the moment he text me initially, to the moment he finished the job. He worked hard on the drill, but was good humoured all the way through. I now intend becoming a customer, when i next need you. Trent gave a terrific impression of your business, as did Sam, when I first spoke to him.

Hero plumbing is a sheer bluff company. They are overpriced, over promise and under delivers. We already paid deposits for the work to be done today and at last minute they canceled the job despite knowing it is urgent and cannot be rescheduled. Plumbers are utterly useless to understand and take responsibility of the job they are taking up. I wish I could give them negative rating.
It was such a pleasure having selim from here plumbing come to my home to install my new sink and zip machine, he's so well mannered and cleaned up so well which I really appreciated.

I had an inspection of my split Air Con system which appeared faulty ( no refrigeration) by Tory of Hero plumbing he was professional, informative and above all honest and ethical when no fault was found with the AC but rather an incorrect remote setting. Its rare these days to find technicians of this caliber and character these days who aren't a typical charging bull or cowboy whose only objective is to rip you off as two other technicians from other companies tried to do. Well done Hero plumbing you've got a winner with employees like Tory the attending technician and Zena who coordinated the booking like a champion or is she the "warrior princess" ?

The whole process was so easy and refreshingly professional. From Hana who took my call, through the notifications to Hayden who did the work, the service was excellent.
Hayden actually said I was welcome to watch the service, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything.

We engaged Hero Plumbing for installation of our outdoor kitchen, this task consisted of both Gas and Water plumbing.
William was the technician who did the actual work, and he did a fantastic job. Not only did the workmanship quality exceed our expectations, but the service was easy to arrange and quoted a reasonable price for the job.

I recently got 2 jobs done from Hero plumbing. Installing LPG gas line for the house and Evoheat pump hot water system. The service was excellent from Hero plumbing team. Especially Adam was patient enough to listen to all my annoying questions and he was politely answering my doubts. The work was done according to my requirements and Ofcourse it was done neat and clean. Adam was highly skillfull and he was polite. I would surely go to Hero plumbing for all my future plumbing jobs.
