Well my gp had suggested that I go to a gym to try get strength back into my legs and back so I rang around and explained my circumstances and that their name alone scared me but when I went my trainer was very helpful and didnt expect miracles out of me which suited me :-) The gym is great plenty of equipment but it was quite costly esp if your not working.If you are working I would highly recommend paying them a visit

I went to high powered fitness to buy a membership after receiving one of their advertisements in my letterbox. I was made very welcome from the moment I walked in. I became a member of their gym and haven`t looked back since. They continually give me all the encouragement I need to keep motivated. The cost was quite good in comparison to other local gyms.
