The training they give you is decent and I love how they do it. They explain all the skills well and don't dissapoint me or any of my friends. Go there

A friend and I attended an 8 week women's self defence class with Higher Self Martial Arts. Dennis was encouraging and offered lots of advice and scenarios to get the most out of each lesson. We were fortunate the class size was quite small and so gained a lot of one-on-one opportunities to ask questions and refine our techniques. This was an excellent and empowering experience and Dennis was the perfect teacher.
