Just got my car back from Hills Custom Smash Repairs and I couldn't be happier. It was keyed and needed to be repainted. I've never had to get this kind of work done before so I was a bit nervous when looking into repairs. Sam was super helpful and understanding throughout the whole process and now my car looks amazing again. Communication was unbelievably fast and easy, very honest and no beating around the bush. I was impressed with the no nonsense, down to earth, solid customer service experience - which is not too common these days. They gave a considered itemised quote. Then did the job quicker than expected, and stuck to their quote ! They answered questions, and kept me informed through the whole process. Even gave good tips, and offered the choice of salvaged parts to save on cost. Or course my car was repaired, from its smash, better than new - it was like nothing ever happened. A big thank you. Walking through their workshop I got the feel that they were taking pride in their workmanship, and caring about their quality of work - this feeling was certainly reflected in the great job they did on my car. I don't normally write reviews, but I'm real happy to give Sam and the boys top marks for good customer service, and a job well done ! They don't know the that I got a quote from elsewhere before I came. But I certainly don't regret choosing Hills Custom for the job. I was very impresses with Sam's service and courtesy and havinh my early model car back on the road at less cost and sooner than expected. I had a car park bingle the day before a 3 well OS trip. I dropped it off and it was washed and as new on my return. Others declined to do the job for various "reasons" but Sam took it on an delivered before time and below budget and above expectations. I would recommend his services to anyone based on my experience.
