Hindmarsh Plumbing

We knew them as Warren's Plumbing Service and couldn't fault them. Their office staff were friendly and efficient and the plumber would arrive when expected and would do a good job. Now that they are part of Hindmarsh Plumbing we've noticed a large increase in price and the plumber (while always friendly) has to leave to pick up a part, usually gone for an hour or so. We appear to pay for that time, yet the basic part should have been kept in stock on their van. A friend of mine has had the same experience and I felt guilty for having recommended them to her. She felt ripped off. Sadly, the jury is now out where they are concerned.

I'm torn on this one. The plumber himself was very friendly and professional and got the job done in a timely manner. However, the woman who took my phone call got quite shirty when there was a miscommunication about timing of the plumber's visit (obviously I believe it was her that didn't communicate clearly and she thought it was me that didn't listen properly). No blame needed to be attributed, just the situation resolved, which wasn't her focus. But the job got done satisfactorily so that is the main thing.

the reception are very nice. very helpful with my inquiry. i would recommend you approach them to discuss any jobs you have to obtain a quote.
