RUDE, INCOMPETENT, COULD NOT GIVE A SH@T ABOUT YOU. Sold me the wrong inner tube then refused to exchange it for the correct tube even after i took the bike (that i bought from them) into the store to buy the tube in the first place. Never ever go here. they just don't care about you. i have been supporting them for years because they are the local guy. this is the thanks i get.

These guys offer incredible service. I'm in a wheelchair and I get new tyres on-line as they don't seem to be available anywhere in OZ. They fit the tyres for me without any problem and I think it only cost me $18 last time. They don't blink an eye at the fact they'rte not going to make a big sale.
