first time i had nails done without doing them myself, the nails looked fabulous, the women that did my nails told me they would last about 2 weeks but my nails didnt last longer then a week, 1 came off in 3 days i was disappointed with that. i think maybe the women didnt do it right not sure i was recommended by another friend to go there because they said it was really good, i might go back but maybe not get the same women to do then

This afternoon I went in to Hollywood Nails store at Dandenong Plaza (05/02/2012) to get a manicure and pedicure.
The girl who actually performed my pedicure was so rude and hostile she made me feel guilty for being there. She had a look of irritation on her face the entire time and was so impolite that I decided to forget the manicure and get it done somewhere else. She rushed everything to make sure I left as fast as possible and didn't even bother completing the full spa pedicure, my feet are the same as when I walked in. I even offered to finish the job myself because I was so unsatisfied with her rushed and unprofessional attempt. When I tried to explain this to another staff member she either didn't understand or didn't care because she simply took my money and walked off. I have never had such a disgusting customer service experience and I hope they address the very very poor standards at this store with the staff that run it as they are surely turning a lot of people off ever visiting any of there stores again.

They do great nails very cheap but the service isn't the best as they don't speak English very well and talk to each other in their own language but I use them as it is only $30 for full set acrylic and 2 free designs
