First time came here .worst job done .I had SNS with tips and paid $50 but nails are uneven .Thumb nail looks worse .paint did not even cover the sides of nails.glitter On nail looks different colour .when asked why staff for very rude and just made me shut up .i will never go there and will not recommend anyone .waste of money and time

Terrible place. Had my nails done 2 days ago. One broke so I went back today to get it repaired. Was told they couldnt help me because they were too busy. Will never go back here again

The worst nail salon I have ever been to!
Went in with a friend and our 2 new born babies with us, the lady doing my nail was horrible she looked angry because I had gotten my bottle thermos out to heat my friends babies bottle to feed him before she got her nails done the lady did not look impressed because she was in a hurry because they had so many people waiting! She then rushed my nails and they ended up all different shapes and sizes, they look horrible! After she had painted my nails she then told me I had to move places so that another lady could sit where I was sitting in the process of moving I had to move my babies pram then causing my nails to smudge and look even more disgusting! Then another lady told my friend she had to move but ended up just moving her pram out the way I thought they were quite rude and I don't recommend this nail shop at all! Nothing worse then them rushing your nails and not even comparing the size to the other hand.

I've been to twice to have SNS put on my nails. The first time it turned out very well, but the ladies English was so poor I couldn't understand what she was saying. Went back for the second time and my nails look horrible! There is paint stains all over the skin around my nails, the surface is lumpy and looks like I've painted polish over layers of old polish. She left the stuff stuck under my nails and at the end proceeded to try and dig it off with her sharp nails, which was very painful. The table was dirty, the implements clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while and are all being re-used. She cut my skin with one of the grinding tools and she shook all the dust and waste from doing my nails onto the floor and laid the cloth back on the table for the next person.
I'm starting a new job this week and my nails look like my young child did them for me. Not the polished professional look I was going for.

Unhygienic premises! The foot spas are not cleaned and disinfected after each customer and the same razor to “shave off” rough foot skin is used on different customers. This should be reported! The staff are more like robots, just doing the basic nail work whilst chatting away in another language to their co-workers and ignoring the customer! I don't understand why people continue to go back there! (probably and sadly because there is no other competition for them, they are the only nail place in the shopping centre). I will never go back there again.

not a happy customer! The staff were rude, talking in different a languages the whole time and they didn't even acknowledge me asking a question at one point,first time i decide to treat myself i tell you what i wouldn't tell my worst enemy about this place.

The staff here are not terrible social, so you can sit there for half an hour getting your nails done with them spending most of their time talking in another language to one of the other nail technicians, so this can make you feel a bit uncomfortable.

Price wise, they are great value compared to all of the other nail salons around.
