Appalling customer service. My partner was convinced to purchase an obscenely expensive clock ($300) for my birthday and was told it could be returned for a refund if it was not wanted. When I tried to return it I was told that I could only have a store credit, which I decided to spend on an item that was on order and supposed to arrive within the month. Five months later and many follow ups from me, the item has never arrived but I am still not entitled to a refund. The ownership was extremely rude one the phone when I politely explained my situation before dismissing me and hanging up on me.

A great concept store and a great place to get great gift ideas and even find the most unique items... the only catch is, it is very very pricey.
