Hot Spot Premium Tanning

What did go right with my tanning experience?? Firstly, I was told my Level 1 Booth Spray Tan would be $40, the staff on the phone forgot to mention that this price is only between 1pm and 3pm, i made my appointment for 4pm so when i got there I had to pay $45. Secondly, I went into the booth room and was not told to put moisturiser anywhere (even though there was moisturiser on the shelf) Thirdly, when i came out i was told to wipe my hands and feet, both sides with a wet flannel, "dont be afraid to scrub hard, because you dont want orange hands and feet" they told me. This resulted in a TERRIBLE looking uneven line across both my wrists because my "Level 1" "light glow" tan is so dark that my white hands and orange wrist looks rediculous!! Fourthly, i was told when i made the appointment that i should tell the staff that i was getting the tan because i am a bridesmaid at a wedding the next day so that they can "take extra care"... I most certainly did not receive any "extra care"!! The only good note would be that the tan is pretty even everywhere but my wrists. But far too dark for a "Level 1, light glow"
