I emailed them after receiving a faulty hair trimmer that won't turn on. They replied to my first email and have stopped responding since. They've taken no responsibility for the defective hair trimmer. I've followed up twice and still no answer.

My 14yr old son's haircut was done by Scott - AWESOME! Easy going atmosphere, professional, skilled and meticulous in modern styling, welcoming salon, clean and affordable. First time visit was a planned walk in on a Saturday afternoon and both of us impressed. Thank you so much Scott as my son is keen to see you again when it's time for another haircut. Happy mum.

The young man who cut my hair did a first-class job. I am in my late 60's and was impressed by his enthusiasm and pride in his work, a quality rarely shown by today's generation of barbers. His attention to detail is to be commended and I enjoyed our conversation centered on the technicalities of barbering. Worthy of note is his "barbers' belt and tool holster" which he both designed and made from leather. Not only a skilled barber but a leather craftsman as well. The ambience in the shop was great, pleasant lighting and great background music. All you blokes out there, the House of Lords in the Port Canal Shopping Centre is well worth visiting.

My husband came home and was thrilled with his hair cut. He is so pleased to have gone there as there were lovely staff, and the price was very reasonable :)
