You absolutely CANNOT go wrong with House of Nappies. I'm the father of a 10 year old boy with SMA Type 2 that has him wheelchair bound and very low muscle strength so shopping at the local Coles or Woolworths for nappies in his size is fruitless. Chemists only stocked the pull-up type of nappies for full grown men and, because he can't stand to pull them up and they were huge, those products were less than useless.

Ordering is just too simple and they will even claim direct from NDIS for you so no need to pay up front, wait for an invoice, log into that ridiculous NDIS portal, cross your fingers as you enter a claim and then wait for days for reimbursement (IF the claim went through okay). Couldn't be any easier or hassle free and it puts our minds to rest knowing that within a few days, a delivery from House of Nappies will be on my door step.

Was just surfing the net and came across these guys. Got some fantastic buys, 4 pkts of 22 pull ups 4 pkts of wipes, 1lt of body wash, 1lt of 2 in 1and 500ml of baby wash. My baby Jack is now 7 months old, been using Muumi nappies for about 4 months. Have had nothing but a great experience using this eco friendly brand of nappies. The service from the gang at Nappy Palace is awesome.

We have had a great experience with this company. Our orders have been of high quality and delivered quickly. We tried numerous other nappies and they were either ill fitted for our child, created a reaction or leaked. This was not the case for our order of Muumi nappies with Nappy Palace, for which we've never had another annoying night time nappy leak wet the bed. These nappies have even seen us through almost completely leak free gastro diarrhea for our son.
As for service, even when there was a mix-up with the courier and our order didn't get delivered (not usual - happened once), they got onto sorting it out straight away and ended up delivering our order personally and were very pleasant to deal with.

We live 5hrs west of Brisbane an received my order the next day!! Extremely pleased with their service and pricing on products. Will definitely be ordering again!
