I am a real estate agent who takes pride in presenting properties. Houses to Impress cater for all house styles, not just the generic modern contemporary style that other companies offer. I am really happy to have the chance to recommend Charyn Youngson and her team at Houses to Impress.  After buying a property in Adelaide I found Charyn on a Google search.  We live interstate and knew we needed someone to co-ordinate our complete renovation of the property, so I decided to give Charyn a call.  During that call, which probably lasted close to an hour, I gained the confidence to hire Charyn.  She appeared to be very experienced and knowledgeable, had answers to all my questions, and I had the impression the job would be safe in her hands.
It turns out I was entirely correct!  Charyn did a fantastic job co-ordinating the project and keeping everything on track.  We did a complete renovation including removing two support walls which required structural engineering,  and moving another wall.  The house was pretty much gutted and we started again.  Charyn has a team of excellent tradesmen who she co-ordinated perfectly.  We are so happy with their work, and on the occasions we had to speak with them they were all very helpful, knowledgeable, and gave good advice.  In fact, we found them to go above and beyond what we would have ever expected!  Charyn also has a number of useful contacts in the building industry and will pass on her trade discounts to her customers.
Whereas Charyn often does up properties for sale, this property was for us to keep.  Therefore we picked out all the finishes, appliances, fittings etc. ourselves.  Charyn was very helpful and accommodating with our choices and wishes.  
She was such a pleasure to work with - always keeping us in the loop, with many emails or phone calls to discuss with us what was required, or just to keep us updated.  Her responses were always very prompt.  She gave up her weekend time to meet us when we flew into Adelaide, taking us around to various suppliers and showing us the progress.  She is so easy to get along with, is such a very hard worker and did way more than we expected!  We were always confident the job was in very good hands.

Charyn did a makeover assessment on our investment property at Nairne. She was so thorough and gave a full report on what we could do to present the home ready for sale. We gave her an outline of our budget and she went straight to work on all the "little extra touches" that would make a big difference to the presentation. I had become very dissatisfied with my 60's era house and was looking to move and upgrade.
