Promise cheap fees and then everything is extra, not in accordance with the prescribed scale of fees, just extremely excessive and hidden until the bill arrives. A simple conveyance (as vendor) should be no more than $500 max.... $1056 is not $330 as per their marketing letter. This firm is a rip off and their communication is zero. Now they are ignoring all attempts to rectify the situation.
