I don't go here often and now I know why. In my last experience not so long ago, I decided to choose the drive through to order my meal. I ended up getting the right drinks, but the wrong size chips and the totally wrong burger. Bad mistake right, well it just started there, I ended up getting the error fixed, then was charged the wrong amount, so back through the drive through. By the time this was all done my chips were cold, patience tested. Every business is entitled to an off day, but to not even apologise is just poor. In terms of mistakes on my visit, it was a whopper.... Unsure if I will be going back.
We only go there when we have vouchers,normaly we get meal deal for two,whopper,chicken tendercrisp,2 small fries,2 small drinks.$9.95.Trouble is we always have to heat up when we get home!!!We live 2 minutes from them!!!Staff very young n friendly.

Last night i ordered up a storm at Hungry Jacks Alex Hills taking advantage of their awesome value for money packs. I had ordered too much to carry on my own so the manager for the night kindly offered to help me to the car. Wonderful service not seen often enough in the fast food industry. Well done.

I think this issue happens with alot of HJ Branches. I use this one too and 95% of the time they get it right but it is annoying. It's the good value meals that keep me focused on coming back.
