The burgers taste much healthier than other fast food restaurants I've been to, which I like. Good customer service
last time i went there the food was really greasy, there wasnt any room for me to get my pram around and the food took a bit to get given to me. dont think i will go back there anytime soon.
Everytime I go to this hungry jacks, I always come out really disappointed and frustrated. My chips are always cool - ive never had hot chips from here - and i eat in the car on the way home so they should be hot! The burgers always get mixed up. The other day my partner wanted something from this hungry jacks and so we went through drivethru and ordered our meals. As I expected chips - cool, they ran out of water!!!! and my partner had ordered the angry whopper and got a normal one and I ordered a bacon deluxe and got a cheeseburger. NOT HAPPY! I ended up calling up and they said they would replace the burgers..... for a pregnant woman that just wanted the bacon deluxe right then and there, that was the last straw! Never again!

This restaurant is very badly managed. Should go to Kedron, much much better service.
Every time I drive-thru this hungry jacks it takes so long. My fries 9 times out of 10 have been cold. I once ate a chicken burger and became sick from it. I eat at other hungry jacks but I'm not too happy with this one.
