I.T Plus

I had a laptop that just was not working. Went to IT Plus and the Manager, Michael, told me to leave laptop with him and see what he could do. Within 24 hours I got a call back and he had somehow recovered all my files and pretty much restored my laptop as it should be. I was expecting to pay around the $200 mark, he just charged me $80 for a minor repair that was required. He explained to me in detail what the problem was and gave me advice so this problem wouldn't occur again, a very genuine person. I have since referred 3 people to him who have been more than pleased with his honesty and most importantly his IT expertise.
