Great session to pull all our i-devices into line. Greatly improved my understanding of how to manage multiple email accounts, icloud, dowloading oto multiple devices.

More help than you knew you needed …

Wonderful knowledge of iPad and iPhone capabilities offered by Lynette--a very articulate and enthusiastic teacher. The hour just flew and I didn't realize how much I didn't know. As a senior with this lovely equipment there is so much I need to learn and I will be telling all my friends about this service. The functions are so extensive and useful, and time at iTea and Coffee helped me to access some. I will be back

De-Mytifying the iCloud...
After a 1 hour session with the lovely Lynette I have a much better understanding of how the iCloud operates. I happened to be the only person in what was t be a group session so was given individual attention. Lynette was more than happy to share other tips with me during my session. The session was extremely worthwhile and whilst most participants had a general knowledge of the iPad, a lot of areas were covered very well and simply in a short time. I am loooking forward to the next session, after I have studied the very helpful notes. Notes great.

Just completed my first photobook after attending one of these sessions. Great practical advice on the in' and out's for various products on different devices. Can't wait to attend an iPAD session next.

iPad and iPhone training. Safety for kids on these devices. Great learning for mums on how to maximise these devices and keep your kids using it age appropriately. Lerned how to use icloud calendars and how to share info. Great 2 hours and value or money

I joined in on a 2 x 2 hour group session at a friends house in early May 2013 covering all the basics for ipads and iphones. It was very relaxed and no question was too silly. The pace was steady and gave time to try out the new tips. Also, had a one on one to run through a few issues I was having with iphoto on my mac and these issues were clearly explained and sorted! Too easy! Lynette is friendly, personable and professional. I highly recommend.

Lynette very patiently explained how to use many components of my phone which I never thought a phone could do! I highly recommend Lynette for patience and value she sees the big picture and understands you when you are not even sure of what you are saying.

After a nightmare two months of seriously perturbing computer problems, I had come inches from being on an assault charge with frustration in the middle of the computer store! The tedium of reading the endless blogs to no avail, then making on-line appointments, lugging the 27 inch screen from the furtherest possible car park into a shopping centre, then the hours of ineffectual help on more than four different occasions …need I go on??
All this could have been saved, by simply ringing Lynette! She came, she smiled, she resurrected my computer when I had lost all hope of getting anyone competent, she followed up days later to check all was well, she saved me hundreds of dollars !
When I do purchase my next computer, (no longer an urgent purchase due to Lynette's help) I will definitely be seeking her help to install and set up my new system.

I have attended a variety of Lynette's sessions, including her group sessions, and one on one sessions in my home. Initially we worked through basics, getting me up and running, and then specifics to do with my home network, and most recently (on Saturday), Lynette helped me troubleshoot through some very specific situations to do with Iphoto and accessing a remote server from an Apple Mac system through to a Microsoft server. At both ends of the spectrum, Lynette works well. She can break things down to the most simple structure, and work through the more complex scenarios. What she hasn't come across, she researches and gets back to you with a solution on. And just for the record, my husband has his own IT company, and I prefer to use Lynette! Not sure who that's more telling about!

It was both a joy and a relief when Lynette made her most welcome 2 hour home visit in which she covered a vast array of IT information. She quickly tuned into my very basic understanding of the IPad and guided me through many procedures which have helped me start to comprehend and access its wonders. She obviously has a very high level of IT knowledge which coupled with her excellent teaching skills ensures that she can quickly and easily pass on information. She is a truly delightful and easy person to work with and I shall certainly be calling on her again to further increase my skills. Thank you Lynette, for a most enjoyable, hardworking and productive session.

Lynette came to our home to look at our current IT equipment and current and future needs. Spoke at our level i.e. we got answers that we could understand and act on. Her knowledge of Apple products and shortcuts was amazing and the 4 members of the family all got something out of her recommendations. Lynette stayed for 2 hours and will return when I have purchased some small but necessary additions to our technology needs. She will assist in set up of external hard drives, printers and provide advice on use of ipad for o/s travel/communication needs and more efficient use of our ipads for everyday tasks....Cant wait!

Whenever I have any IT issues, Lynette is always the first person I call. She has helped our family with everything from our personal iPhones issues, setting up our home Wi Fi, accessing data that we thought we had terrifying lost and as recent as today has helped set up remote access so I can work from home. I can wholeheartedly recommend IT & Coffee for anyone who needs IT support and advise for their family. 10/10!

Lynette's classes are friendly, she is patient understanding and no question is too silly. We recently installed high tech computer equipment to run our fruit grading machine, which included camera technology to sort out and remove defect cherries. This was completely new technology for our business and Lynette was instrumental in setting up various processes to assist us with maximising the benefits this equipment offers. As an example, her linking of our iPad to the main computer (and subsequent teaching) allowed us to make important changes to production quickly and easily from the factory floor. I received an iPad for Christmas and had no idea of many of its uses until I attended these classes. The sessions were so informative, and the atmosphere was totally unthreatening - I never felt that any of my questions were "too basic". Having sessions with a group of friends was a lovely social way of learning all about what I could use my iPad for. I'm now totally addicted to it, and my kids don't laugh at my lack of IT skills anymore!

Whenever I asked for help with my i-phone from my kids they would get VERY frustrated with my lack of knowledge. After a few sessions at IT & Coffee I not only understood how to use my i-phone with all it had to offer, I didn't feel silly not knowing! For me, this is a relaxed way to keep up with the kids and technology.

Lynette is a wealth of i-device knowledge. She has given me advice on a range of topics from setup to enabling restrictions on our devices. She has also shown me various apps that can help with productivity and even track our family budget. This is a fantastic service and I will continue to seek Lynette's assistance as the kids grow up and learn about the technology faster than I can.

I recently had the need for some emergency IT relief with my son's purchase of an IPAD for school. Lynette helped me navigate the set up, syncing with our Mac at home and a much needed upgrade of our 6 year old computer; not to mention her help with icloud. Lynette from iTandcoffee came to my house as we had 2 ipads, 2 iphones, a lap top and a desk top computer and we wanted to have everything linked through icloud so that if music was downloaded then it went onto all our gadgets. We also needed our email addresses sorted out so that each person's emails went just to their devices as well as calendar appointments. Over all, our home network is much better set up and we are using all our ipads, iphones etc to much more of their functionality.
